Anthony’s Restaurants is pleased to announce Tod Bohlmann, as our new General Manager of Anthony’s at Sinclair Inlet!

Tod was born and raised in Seabeck and graduated from Central Kitsap High School.  He attended Olympic College prior to joining the US Navy where he attended the School of Heath Sciences.  Tod served as a naval corpsman and followed that with a career in the medical field as an EMT.  Pivoting his career, he enrolled and studied hospitality at Washington State University.  Through these changes, Tod always had his hands in some form of hospitality.  Prior to joining the Anthony’s Gig Harbor management team in 2018, Tod had experience as General Manager at the Cliff House in Tacoma and Daniel Thiebauts Restaurant in Kamuela, Hawaii.  He also had past experience at 13 Coins, Urban Elk, Old Country Buffet and Daily Grand Espresso & Café.

“What I love about Anthony’s is how much they care about their team and the empowering culture they have inspired.  It’s a culture every restaurant company should strive for.  I’m just so excited to serve and get involved in the community I grew up in,” says Tod.

“Tod brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team in Bremerton,” says Lane Hoss, Vice President of Operations.  “We are pleased Tod is so excited to become General Manager at Bremerton and know he will be a valuable leader of the restaurant and part of the Bremerton community.”
