Great food starts at the source. We own and operate our own seafood company with one purpose: ensuring every guest is served only the highest quality seafood. Through our wholesale team,
we've spent decades building relationships with the finest fishers so every catch that reaches your table is something we're proud to serve.

We select our offerings from the Northwest and Midwest finest ranches and farms, including Double R Ranch, Snake River Farms, and Royal Ranch, to bring you exceptional cuts raised
with care and integrity. Our aging process ensures every steak that reaches your table is tender, flavorful, and worthy of the occasion.

Whether it's wild Copper River salmon at the peak of its run, a fresh Dungeness crab, or oysters and clams harvested in Discovery Bay, our team knows exactly where our seafood comes from and how it was handled. From the water to our own facility at Pier 91 in Seattle, every fish and shellfish that reaches an Anthony's kitchen passes through our hands first. Our team inspects, handles, and prepares each catch with the same care and standards we've held since 1984.
