Whether it's wild Copper River salmon at the peak of its run, a fresh Dungeness crab, or oysters and clams harvested in Discovery Bay, our team knows exactly where our seafood comes from and how it was handled. From the water to our own facility at Pier 91 in Seattle, every fish and shellfish that reaches an Anthony's kitchen passes through our hands first. Our team inspects, handles, and prepares each catch with the same care and standards we've held since 1984.
