We believe in nurturing hands-on learning, creativity, craftsmanship, and real-world career development for students pursuing careers in the hospitality and culinary industries. Through fundraising efforts, mentorship, and sharing industry experience, we hope to help shape a strong future for Northwest hospitality and support the next generation of culinary professionals.

how to request an Anthony’s
Gift Certificate donation
For consideration and verification of eligibility, please email [email protected] or mail a request using your organization’s official letterhead and include the following:
- Contact Information
- Organization Overview
- Event Details (type, date, and location)
- Who will benefit and how the funds will be used
- Organization’s Tax Identification Number (EIN)
All requests must be received at least three months prior to your event.
Requests are reviewed based on eligibility and alignment with our donation guidelines. If your request is approved, a member of our team will contact you directly.
Gift Certificate donations are typically sent one month prior to your event and are mailed directly to the organization and not to third parties.
Note: The original gift certificate must be presented at the time of dining.

Eligibility Guidelines
Due to the high number of requests, we have had to set guidelines for the types of requests we are able to honor.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to donate to:
- Individual Schools
- Specific school fundraisers such as class activities, sports activities or teams, senior class fundraisers, teacher appreciation gifts, volunteer/PTSA recognition awards, as well as fundraisers for specific arts and academic department
- Sports Teams
- Religious organizations
- Food donations
- Organizations benefiting those outside the Northwest
- Cash donations or awards to be used as door prizes
- Employee or volunteer recognition
- Business recruitment
- Combined charity fundraisers
- Online auctions
- Company fundraisers
- Individual or group sponsorships
- Party fundraisers or graduation nights
